The Duty of Care is the board ensuring the organization possesses the financial and other resources necessary to realize its vision and carry out its mission. This Seminar will provide an overview about the financial stewardship of nonprofit boards of directors. In this seminar participants will:

  • Discover why nonprofits should make a profit at the end of the year
