Date & Time
Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Bharat Krishnan Russ Hodge
Description

Hyper-Philanthropy is a trade-marked methodology that THG uses to counsel our clients toward a comprehensive and equitable philanthropic experience. This experience rests on and is and supported by four pillars: Strategic Vision; Culture; Behavioral Economics; and Communication.

At its core, Hyper-Philanthropy is about taking advantage of resources within your organization and your community at large to foster an environment where staff, board members, and community leaders all feel passionately about serving the public good through philanthropy. The four pillars described above form the base of a strong philanthropic response that can cultivate that environment, one that strives actively toward creating an equitable experience for your entire community.

In this workshop, you will gain a knowledge of the four pillars and how they can be used to develop a more equitable and lasting organization to support the public good while enhancing your resources.

Key takeaways include:

  • Learn how and why EVERY board member, staffer, and volunteer can represent your organization as a proud, effective brand ambassador
  • Understand how to create a culture that actively fosters DEI principles
  • Discover how to socialize your organization with behavioral phenomena and new technologies in order to reach your community more easily.

This session is appropriate for nonprofit professionals of all experience levels that work for organizations of all sizes. Track: Fundraising; Leadership/Management
